Dr Julia Liu is an early career researcher at Adelaide University and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Her work is dedicated to improving the quality of dietary management for obesity and other metabolic disorders, by evaluating the feasibility, effectiveness and mechanisms of different nutrition therapies.
