Li Kheng Chai
Dr Li Kheng Chai is a Dietitian and Research Fellow at Health and Wellbeing Queensland. Dr Chai completed her PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Newcastle and has experience in university teaching and supervision, implementation science, behaviour change and health service research related to childhood obesity prevention and intervention. Her current research focuses on health promotion through system changes associated with nutrition and physical activity, and using technology to develop, deliver and evaluate health promotion programs to improve population health through prevention of obesity and chronic diseases.
